“The membership fee is Rs. 8000/- per annum. Your membership will be from 1st January to 31st December every year.

You are required to send us the duly filled form alongwith Cheque/ DD in favour of APAA(Indian Group) to the Secretary’s office.

You are requested to send across supporting documents i.e. enrolment with bar council or registration as patent agent etc. Incase you are not a patent agent; we would request you to send us a list of patent cases handled by you.

On receipt of the same, we shall place your membership request to the Executive Committee for its approval and thereafter it would be forwarded to the APAA(Headquarters).

APAA(Indian Group) does not have Firm membership. All memberships are on individual basis.
